Employees in New York State agencies are appointed to positions according to New York State Civil Service Law. These jobs are filled through competitive exams that test an individual's ability. Vacation, holiday, sick, and personal leave

This is currently available to employees in New York City and Westchester County only. This service offers consultation and referral on child and elder care issues along with free educational materials on related topics.
